1.Request for Commission

I will personally contact you through email to confirm your slot.

If that does not work, I'll contact your other Social Media as well.

2.Sketch Phase

​

Before the payment process, a rough sketch would be sent

for your approval,  and the sketch would be limited to 2 changes

in the event the sketch is not suitable.

3.Payment

​

Once the sketch is approved, an invoice via PayPal would be shared.

Kindly take note that the payment must be made within the

time frame mentioned after the sketch approval,

otherwise your commission slot would be cancelled.

4.The Start of the Artwork

 

I will begin the artwork process once the payment is confirmed.

The status of the artwork would be update in the 3 phases below :

• Outline Phase

• Base Color Phase

• Final Artwork

The process will take 1-2 weeks after the sketch approval.

​

Important Note: As I have a day job, there is a chance I may need to delay

the artwork process due to unexpected situations from work,

which I will try to inform ahead when this situation arise.

5.Finish

 

Once the artwork is completed, I will share the files via wetransfer and email.

The 2 version below would be provided:

• Final Artwork 

• Artwork with watermark (for public posting)
