COMMISSION REQUEST

• I retain the right to reject a commission without giving any reason ; v ;

• Kindly provide me all the necessary details I requested to avoid any misunderstanding.

• Please also provide clear references (normal lighting, poses, character turn arounds, etc.) so it's easier for me to capture what you are looking for.

•  If you are sending me screenshots from FFXIV, please make sure the references are in normal lighting to avoid me getting the color of your character wrongly. Please do not send me night time photos ; v ; it's hard to see the details.

PAYMENT

​

• All prices are in USD, and only payment through PayPal is accepted.

• However If you are a local Malaysian, other payment methods are available (please let me know if this is the case, different payment arrangement would be made)

• Full Payments are required after the sketch is approved.

• All payments will be requested from my end via PayPal Invoices .

• For Local payment , you will be required to share the receipt as proof of payment.

• All payments are non-refundable once paid.

• If there are reasons I have to halt a commission, I will discuss about refunds with you.

• In the exception of minor color changes. An additional fee would occur in the event changes is requested to be done to the artwork after the sketch is approved .

COPYRIGHT RULES

• I have full rights to the artwork, and is allowed to use for my own personal portfolio and promotional material.

• Please take note that the artwork commission are for personal use only.

• Commissioner are not allowed to make any profit from the commissioned artwork.

• Commissioner may repost but please with credits to komainui. This artist needs more love ; v ;

MY RULES AS AN ARTIST

I thank you for choosing me to draw for you. Here are just some general rule I've set.

• I draw in my own style and will not replicate another artist style.

• Please kindly do not rush me for the artwork. Kindly take note I have other customers as well.

• Before you message me, you may take a look at the workflow I've set. I want to make sure I put my all into the artwork without additional pressure ; v ; No one likes being rushed I'm sure you know.

• You may contact me through DMs only if I have not get back to you for the updates.

• Please be kind and respectful when talking with me. I may not understand your jokes so I might take it the wrong way. 

• **IMPORTANT** If the commissioner is disrespectful towards me in any way, I shall place the person in my blacklist based on my discretion. There will be no second chance, as I've dealt with a lot of it in the past, I don't want to experience it a second time ; v ;
